They are now rarely seen in Japan. I used to enjoy their handmade animal/bird/fish shaped candies in my childhood.

Just as a matter of curiosity, Keiko, why a boy's mouth, rather than "a girl's" "a child's" or "my"? Very nice haiga in any case.

"a boy's" just occurred to me first, probably because there was a boy at the site, Bill. Thanks for reading.
