Being an insect lover, the picture resonates. You take it? I also enjoy the haiku from the mantis' point of view.

Thanks, Kirsty. I wish I could take credit for the photo, but they are by my main collaborator -- my brother Arthur.

Yes, I was mainly thinking how the poet and the frog had different feelings about that mosquito, but also how the mantis might be contemplating all of us.
